The answer must be that Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy all lived peacefully in Israel before the Jews attacked them and drove them into refugee camps, where they still live today, plotting bloody revenge on the Israelis!

I don't know why you included the 'Palestinians', who don't exist as a nation.

Umm, I think that was the point.  The answer is none of them exist.  Thay are all made up.  Get it?
