Hugo Chavez is threatening that if he ever feels Venezuela or Iran are threatened, he'll try to get oil prices raised to $200 per barrel.

Dear Mr. Chavez should really find a better ally. If he raises oil prices, we'll raise (bomb) his nice little country there
