"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

I guess that was the main statement of his speech.
I don't see a problem. He didn't ask for affirmative action and called against violence.

No need to celebrate his assassination.

As far as I know, this is what JTF stands for in race relations....Unfortunately, the black leaders who followed MLK say one thing and do the other thing and make non blacks and blacks who are truely anti-racists guilty and call them crackers and uncle toms.
If someone says something bad about you, say something nice about them. That way, both of you would be lying.

In your heart you know WE are right and in your guts you know THEY are nuts!

This video just goes to show how well the indoctrination program is working.
If I wasn't around during that time, and I watched that video, I just might
buy it too.

I just don't.
I remember MLK and those turbulent times.
I was very young...but I remember the evening news reports.
What would you expect him to say about Israel.
He needed the Jewish people who supported his movement.
I don't really believe he gave a darn about them though.

But...I know the drill. I hear it every Jan/Feb Mom - did you know that MLK believed in equality for all people  ??? and he justed wanted people of all 'colors' to get along? ;D

Sorry to be so disagreeable.
You should look to factual information about that period in our history.
There is a lot of propaganda out there.
