Actually no, American news is notorious for ignoring international events, and focusing on moronic nonsense like the OJ trial and Britney Spear's latest public display of her private parts.

You know what, France has brought it upon themselves by colonising North Africa and then pulling out, promising jobs for these people.

Thats the same case, here, I haven't seen a single news piece over the past two days on the TV, regarding France.
