Hicks is an Australian convert to islam that was caught by the Northern Alliance and given to the Americans fighting for the taliban in Afghanistan in 2001. He was part of the "American Taliban" which includes the likes of John Walker Lindh. He previously fought for the albanians as part of the KLA against the Serbs in 1999 and after that travelled to Pakistan and joined Lashkar-e-Toiba. Apparently, he has had personal contact with Bin Laden and Zawahiri. He has been held in Guantanamo for the past five years which I believe is five years too long as he should have been executed by the Americans when caught. Typically, the evil left over here have turned him into a poster-child, have excused him as being "naive" and not "understanding" what he was being involved with and have used his incarceration at Guantanamo as "proof" of "American Injustice". They want him returned home immediatley without further punishment. Hicks is a notorious anti-semite (as islam dictates) and would not hesitate in killing Jews and other infidels, which is why I believe he should be killed now for measures of security and to shut the stupid left up about his incarceration.
