Everybody,
I am not sure we should completely give up the idea of legal action against YouTube. I'm not sure that their disclaimer that they are a private organization that has the sole right to determine its content will completely hold. Private organizations do NOT have the right to discriminate against schvartzes or Hispanics or queers in any way--the Civil Rights Act prohibits that. Stores often bear signs reading "We Have The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone", but obviously we all know they cannot deny blacks service, and if the Justice Dept. gets a whiff that they have, they will certainly investigate, and perhaps sue or file bogus "discrimination" charges.
I have a lawyer friend and I will ask her about this. I would think that we would be able to establish a pretty good case that they are pulling all political videos except those that support white supremacists, Muslims, and Ron Paul.
Chaim, let's stay in touch about this.
