"I will plant them (Jewish people) upon their land, and they shall
no more be torn up out of their land, which I gave them, says the
Lord your God." Amos 9:15

"I will cause them (the Jewish people) to return to the land that I
gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it." Jeremiah 30:3

"I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from
the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame,
the woman with child and her that travaileth (in labor) with child
together: a great company shall return thither (there). They shall
come with weeping, and with supplications (prayer) will I lead them:
I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way,
wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel... Hear

off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep
him, as a shepherd doth his flock." Jeremiah 31:8-10

"I (God) will give you (Jews) the land of Israel." Ezekiel 11:17

YES, I agree Nolandforshalom.

Israel's rebirth as a nation on May 14, 1948 was what I like to
refer to as the "BIG BANG" of Bible prophecy.

Never before has a nation been destroyed, its people dispersed
to the ends of the earth, and then, nearly two thousand years
later, re-gathered to their homeland and re-established as a
nation. The fact that Israel is a nation today could only have
been an act of God, especially considering the Holocaust and
the attempted genocide carried out against the Jews by Stalin.

The Bible says,

"When the Lord builds up Zion (Zion is another name for Israel),
He shall appear in His glory." Psalms 102:16

The restoration was the catalyst that set everything in motion.
We have now entered a time period called the "last days".

May the LORD, the maker of heaven and earth, bless you.

I agree. 1948 was the beginning of a new era, although the galut mentality has not served too many politicians well...
