04/12/2007 - Some countries have a mandatory HIV-test for travelers from certain countries.
If you're seropositif, you are not allowed to enter the country. e.g. :USA

This mandatory test must be abolished according to socialist senator Marleen Temmerman : " The measure does not help to prevent the spreading of the virus, and is discriminatory....."
UNAIDS also finds the mandatory tests unacceptable, and a violation of human rights.

On the first global inter-parliamentary hiv-aids summit in Manilla , a Belgian proposition is accepted to abolish the mandatory tests.
This inter-parliamentary summit consists of parliamentarians of 55 countries, that join forces in the struggle against HIV&AIDS.

Ambiorix:
A Belgian professor warned about a month ago that black africans visiting Belgian are posing a threat.
Now the socialists want to abolish tests to prevent the spreading of AIDS, claiming test won't help.
