Some parts of Dalmacija (Dalmatia) belonged to Italy.
The communist regime of Tito occupied Italian Dalmatia and united it with communist republic of Croatia.

If Italia wasn't part of the axis powers during WW2, some parts of Dalmatia would be Italian today. Croatia wouldn’t be able to function as a normal country.
Serbs from Dalmatia would probable prefer to live under Italian government than under Croatian.

The creation of Yugoslavia after WW2 was the victory for Croatia.
Croatia a Nazi genocidal country enjoyed the same benefits as the anti Fascist nations of Yugoslavia did (SFRJ).

Correction: i wanted to say:

Jeremiah 8:11-17

11 They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. Peace, peace, they say, when there is no peace.

12 Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when they are punished, says the LORD.

13 'I will take away their harvest, declares the LORD. There will be no grapes on the vine. There will be no figs on the tree, and their leaves will wither. What I have given them will be taken from them.'

14 Why are we sitting here? Gather together! Let us flee to the fortified cities and perish there! For the LORD our God has doomed us to perish and given us poisoned water to drink, because we have sinned against him.

15 We hoped for peace but no good has come, for a time of healing but there was only terror.

16 The snorting of the enemy's horses is heard from Dan; at the neighing of their stallions the whole land trembles. They have come to devour the land and everything in it, the city and all who live there.

17 See, I will send venomous snakes among you, vipers that cannot be charmed, and they will bite you, declares the LORD.

Dalmacija has since the breakup of the Roman Empire always been Serb. Venice(City state) was on its way to the holy land(Jerusalem) and on the way the pillaged from Dalmacija to Constantinopole.

After the collapse of the Roman empire many nations ruled over Dalmatia.

The Serbian state never occupied any areas of Dalmatia.
But that does not mean that we the Serbs were not ethnic present in Dalmatia.

Dalmatia was ruled after the end of the Roman empire by the Greeks than by the Italians for a long time, Hungary and Austria controlled Dalmatia till the end of the WW1.

But that the Serbs have been present for centuries long in areas of Dalmatia is a fact! Region Dalmatia has Serbian presence since the 9 the century.

In the 14 century before the battle of Kosovo the Serbs established two Serbian orthodox monasteries in Dalmatia, 1317 monastery Krupa, 1336 monastery Krka near Knin.

Turkish influence... Yes but not on a high level.

Look we Serbs from Krajina were not occupied by the Turks.
The Serbs from Montenegro also were not conquered by the Turks.
Only central Serbia and some part of Bosnia were 500 under Turkish occupation.

And we all Serbs from all sides have almost everything in common with each other:

This turkish occupation is such a funny thing...
you were, we weren't (occupied), and so on...
In the so-called turkish occupied Central Serbia,
Serbs are much blonder, fair-haired, fair-eyed,
than anywhere else in Serbian Lands.
To prove this, I could send photographs
of Serbian People living there, near Krushevats.
You'd bet it's in Sweden, in Norway, or in Denmark...
NO: it's in turkish occupied (once) Central Serbia.

That story proves Turks were blond people before they intermarried with Serbs :::D
Turkey must get out of NATO. NATO must get out of Kosovo-Serbia. Croats must get out of Crajina. All muslims must get out of Christian and Jewish land. Turks must get out of Cyprus. Turks must get out of "Istanbul". "Palestinians" must get out of Israel. Israel must become independent from USA.

Etruscans are very interesting to us, Serbs.

In what way Husar?

Dear Skippy,
first of all, the Etruscans
called themselves RASENI.

And JUST this is quite
(in fact very) important for us, Serbs,
you'll see with your own eyes why, in which way,
and I'm glad to show you this, Sister...

From somewhere, in the google,
I just typed etruschi raseni:

Opere - Résultats Google Recherche de Livres de Vincenzo Gioberti - 1844

And:

"ESPRESSO".
Il Giornale Italiano di Mosca
E anche se per i nostri antenati, fossero essi etruschi, assiri od egizi, ...
I greci li chiamavano “tirreni”, mentre loro stessi si definivano “raseni”. ...

From:
http://www.espressoweb.ru/it/04-05/c3-85i.html

Where it is also said (for how many times, in History ?!!!...):
"La civiltа misteriosa, esistita dal IX al I secolo a.C., svela malvolentieri i suoi misteri, riscaldando in tal modo l’interesse a quelle poche cose che ne sono rimaste. Nel 1990 il museo in via Volkhonka aveva giа ospitato una mostra di antichitа etrusche."

 ???

Yes: supposed to be the Ancestors
of the modern Italians, even of Romans,
the Etruscans are "MISTERIOSI"
to "their -own- descendants"...

 ???

Another time:
"I Greci li chiamavano TIRRENI, i Romani li chiamavano TUSCI,
loro pare si chiamassero RASENI.

Now, after these few examples,
but much more exist, either on the net, or in books,
why is this RASENI Name so important to us, Serbs ?

Well, Skippy, we Serbs called ourselves RAShANI / were called by others: RASCIANS,
from Rashka/Rascia, Name of the Serbian State in the Middle-Ages.

See this, in Italian:

Rascia

From:
http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rascia

See Raska, so close to Italy:

 :)

Here, look at Rascia (Serbia), CONTAING Raguse, today's Dubrovnik,
a then Serbo-Italian town, now stolen by NAZICROATS, who never were there before:

 :)

Have at look at Rascians (Serbians) here also:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raci

...with a map of "Ratzen-Stadt" in german, the "City of the Rascians" (Serbians),
nowadays known under the name "Novi Sad" (New Seed...of Serbs):

Serbs kept the Memory of their former Name RAShANI,
wherever they settled in the Balkanic Peninsula.

 ;)

Here is a medieval-reconstruction Serbian WebSite called RASCIA.ORG:
http://www.rascia.org/galerija/4/
http://www.rascia.org/galerija/3/
http://www.rascia.org/clanovi/

How would RASENI call THEIR Country ?
"Italia" ?
"Rome" ?
Or as the Serbian RAShANI having RAShKA, RASCIA,
would they call it RASCA, RASCIA ?

 8;)

Even thought the Romans wanted to exterminate the RASENI,
the RASENI succeeded to survive, by melting themselves,
forcibly or not, to the roman element.

Their Blood is in Italian Blood now.

 8;)

This was the first interesting thing about the RASENI,
in the eyes, soul and heart of a RAShAN(-I when plural, in Serbian, like in Italian).

You'd bet it's in Sweden, in Norway, or in Denmark...
NO: it's in turkish occupied (once) Central Serbia.

 :)

We Serbs from Krajina, Hercegovina, Bosnia and from Montenegro were not occupied by the Turks.

But we have approximately more dark hared and dark eyed people than central Serbia.

That story proves Turks were blond people before they intermarried with Serbs :::D

Well, some people claim that the Serbs from central Serbia are more dark eyed and dark haired than the Serbs accros the river Drina. That's not true Serbs from those lands who weren't occupied by the Turks are also in general more dark haired and dark eyed.

Everybody:
the interesting thing is that Central Serbia
is always said to be turkier than any other Balkanic state,
EVEN bosnomuSSlimnazis mock us, Serbs, because of this "occupation" !!!
Not speakig of NAZICROATS, who claim to be sooo "pure"
(have a look at the ustasha/nazicroat pictures,
you'll see cannibals, with almost no Human features
on their "european faces"...)
YET, the amount of fair-haired, fair-eyed Serbian People
is greater in Central Serbia proper, than anywhere else in the Balkans.

You 're absolutely right.
I guess that it's BECAUSE we're "pushed",
we want to fight and survive,
whatever the cost.

Propably have some Dalmatian and Roman blood, Dubrovnik was estblished as Raguza by Dalmato-romans escaping Slavic invasion in VII century, our Romanian members shud know more about this... In any case it was never croatian city before 1945.
