USA foreign policy is amazing do you guys know how the 10-12billion dollars given to pakistan to fight terrorism is being used.Acc to new york times report 90percent of aid money is used against india why is usa weakning its allies and wasteing its money.

In interviews in Islamabad and Washington, Bush administration and military officials said they believed that much of the American money was not making its way to frontline Pakistani units. Money has been diverted to help finance weapons systems designed to counter India, not Al Qaeda or the Taliban,
