Me too, I love chicken chow mein and fried rice.
I like it grilled and on a salad too.

I buy usually whole fat chicken. I bake it in a stewpot with salt, pepper, some oil and some herbs for nearly 2 hours.

Red cabbage and potatoes tasting good together with it.

I love chickens too........to eat and have as pets.

I had many Silky Chickens, they are chickens with attitude  :::D
