Kofi Annan wants pledge from Israel not to attack Iran

Look at what a slimy piece of excrement Kofi Annan is...

August 30, 2006

The most burning issue on the mind of UN Secretary General Kofi Annan in his talks in Jerusalem was not Lebanon – but Iran

Our exclusive Jerusalem sources reveal that the issues raised at his press conferences with Israeli PM Ehud Olmert and FM Tzipi Livni – the full implementation of UN resolution 1701, the Israeli blockade of Lebanon, the kidnapped Israel soldiers, the embargo on imported weapons for Hizballah - were all left outside the closed doors of the conference rooms he entered in Jerusalem.

Inside, the UN Secretary went straight to the point: He wanted an Israeli message to hand to Iranian leaders in Tehran: A pledge not to attack Iran...

Smolmert will probably do it, right?  If he had the guts, he would wait until "His Excellecy" Annan was in Iran, then he would drop a bomb.

If the US is going to get out of the UN, then Israel should follow suit.  The UN is worthless, it is nothing more than a country club for Third World dictators, and it should get the hell out of New York City!

In thy power Almighty, trusting,
Did our fathers build of old;
Strengthen then, O Lord, their children
To defend, to love, to hold
That the heritage they gave us
For our children yet may be:
Bondsmen only to the Highest
And before the whole world free.
As our fathers trusted humbly,
Teach us, Lord, to trust Thee still:
Guard our land and guide our people
In Thy way to do Thy will.

I second that!
