US airways refusing to play nice dhimmi, demands a jury trial

We remember the 'flying imams'...those "innocent" gents on their way from an terror...errr islam convention who acted very strange, doing things such as moving seats, demanding seat belt extensions though none needed them, making a circus of "praying", making passengers nervous.....and were tossed off the flight by the PILOT who has final say about who flys on HIS flight. 
Well it seems that US airways and the Minneapolis airport arent going to settle out of court, or apologize, they DEMAND a jury trial.....oh how cair and muslims hate a jury trial lol you know that little thing called DISCOVERY where they have to spill the beans about many things...inclucing who FINANCES them

Remember under American Law. They have a right to a jury of THEIR PEERS this could be bad for Airline and America.

Defense could agree Bias from Jews, Christians, Zionists and other people with Religious ideas in selecting a Jury.

The prosecution wont allow a jury full of muslims.
A trial of PEERS means Americans, supposedly FELLOW Americans, but we know that muslims dont consider themselves Americans only muslims (unless its convenient of course)
Its not the jury that scares cair and imams, its the discovery where they have to open their books to the courts.  Every trial where cair would have been forced to discovery, they have dropped it.
