I Need Some Help on the S.C. Newspaper Forum
« on: January 19, 2008, 06:31:04 PM »
To be more specific, I've gotten into an argument with someone on the Barback Obama - A Muslim? thread.  And now we've gotten into arguing about the fakestinians.  Here's the link:

And here is "Jaike's" last response:

Quote
Are you denying that Arabs living in Palestine during the British Mandate were called "Palestinians", much as those residing in Syria were called "Syrians" and those in Jordan "Jordanians" ???

Once again, where's your PROOF????

Thanks.
Lisa

Thanks CJD!
It was a pleasure Lisa! Thats one argument I love to nip off at the bud. Tomorrow I am going to hunt around in my Attic I think I have a partial set of encyclopedias up there that was printed in the 1930's or earlier if the volume that covers the British Mandate is there It would be interesting to see what a pre PC book has to say on this issue.

Thanks for adding that Yacov that was good.
