I feel he should apologise, as many members have pointed out, chaim would nto do that for me. or scriabin who imo he is one of the more rightous members on this forum...

Sarah, you might be right. You know how the wife and her husband's mother always fight...it's for that reason. See, when men choose their wifes, they choose candidates that most resembles their mothers (not in looks just...but in personality etc). And then put the mom and her new daughter in the same house, and it's like a clash of personalities...two positive magnets facing pushing each other.

So, this is a possibility.
