Ask Judea Torah Show

Seeing that so many members are now doing question shows, I would like to throw my hat into the ring and do an Ask Judea Show.

I would like to restrict the questions to question about Judaism and Tanakh and so on.

These are the questions that I feel I can answer well.

I will be doing shows either on a weekly basis or when there are twenty questions. Whichever comes first.

Here are the ground rules.

Questioners can write unlimited questions however

1) Only one question per post and

2) Questioners have to wait until another questioner posts a question before he can post his second or third or fourth question.

Is there a Torah basis for jewish sovereingty, is it accepted by ALL, RAMBAM,RAMBAN,e.t.c.
Are there any disagreements e.g. which rabbis want sovereignty, and which want just living there and building the land?

I know that nowadays, we need to retain sovereingty, else it endangers jewish life.. But I am talking of sovereingty per se.  THe idea that we should have sovereingty, even before we had sovereignty.

Do you think there is such a concept as different levels of souls amongst the goyim.

We know that the human soul is on a higher level than the animal 'soul' and a Jewish soul is on a higher level than a gentile soul.

I wonder if the souls of africans with an average IQ of 65-70 and a propensity to hack each other to pieces without remorse is on a somewhat lower level than the souls of typical Danes or anglo-Americans.
