It's like the frog in the saucepan. Put him in hot water and he jumps out. Put him in cold water, heat slowly and he'll sit and boil.
They're banning guns little by little, bit by bit.
First it was 'pocket pistols' (too small)
second it was 'Saturday Night Specials (too cheap)
Then 'assault weapons' (too scary looking)
Then magazines over 10 rounds (too much ammo)
then it was the .50 cal rifles and the .50AE pistol (too big)
Next will be scoped bolt-actions ('sniper weapons')
Bit by bit, they're banning the lot. They're either too big, too cheap, too loud , too accurate etc etc. All you'll be able to own in ten years is a black powder muzzle loader (provided it's registered and rendered inoperable!).
