How long has this happened???  Did it happened right after you installed something?

It seems that Norton 360 must have corrupted a file on your computer or the installation itself is corrupt.

I suggest contacting Symantec's customer support.

Antivirus programs are THE most common source for corruptions and conflicts.

Yes, call their customer support.

99% change they will tell you to reinstall the application. (And make sure to follow certain guidelines) (Example restarting the computer when it tells you to restart it, etc)

If that still doesnt help, you will may have to revert to the windows setting before you installed it. This is actually surprisingly easy.

There's a program called "format".
Get Bill Gates off your computer.

Sometimes I get that too.  Most of the time it's a program I'm not even using.  It doesn't happen everyday, but about once a week I get that.
