It depends....

On a social situation - I encourage it. You can't take everything too seriously.

On a work situation, its a different matter. You must remain as professional as you can b/c

1) you want to keep your job

2) you must make a good impression to your customers & colleagues

Why does this work Merkava? Do you think theres too many White men that are disrespectful to women?
