--- Quote from: Ari on February 27, 2008, 12:29:05 AM ---Thanks Scriabin.  Sounds good, similar to what I learned in a Yoga class I used to take in the gym.  How about exhaling?  Through the mouth, or both inhale and exhale through the nose?

--- End quote ---

Exhaling doesn't matter.  Only inhaling.

Thanks for your great questions.

Sarah:
The book that I asked you about actually taught me how to stop thinking.

You have to detached your mind from your body by actually looking at your thoughts from an outside perspective. It is complicated but i have managed to go even a couple of minutes without thoughts, just silence, it is very peaceful.

Another way is fixing yourself to the present moment through all senses and so every ounce of you is concentrated on what you are doing and their is no space or scope for thought.

Ari:
Sounds like a good book, Sarah and Scriabin.  Which one is it?  As you know, Scriabin, I have to stop thinking.   O0

Ari:
Scriabin, since you are a musician, I was also wondering if you have written any songs?
