Local JTF Chapters

I was wondering what the viability is for local and state chapters for the JTF based on the Original JDL model....This way the local Jewish Reponse to events can be faster and more aggressive.

What say you?

I've wondered this as well, I remember when Irv Rubin was out in the streets yelling at Nazis and were out there campaigning.
