I heard from someone that India opposed independence...I'm not sure if it's true.

Although I did gather this just now from a quick Google search:

This may construe that bilateral secession by two temporary but renegade governments within a nation can resort to declaration of mutual independence? Rules of the world must be changing from bad to worst in the end period of the evil age.

No such thing shall be applicable for Serbia, which has already illegally and temporarily lost Bosnia to the Slamic Terrorism.

So Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia. It is to be fully discussed democratically within the Serbian Parliament, whether the region of Kosovo can be accorded with an internal autonomy or not.
