Gaydamek Considers Running as Jerusalem Mayor

(IsraelNN.com) Russian Jewish tycoon Arkady Gaydamek is considering the possibility of running in elections for mayor of Jerusalem, which will take place in two years’ time.
Sources close to him have confirmed that he has even discussed the issue with associates in Jerusalem, including representatives of the chareidi community. However, he has not yet come to a decision. Gaydamek has apparently also spoken to associates and supporters in Moscow, who could help him with the race.
