Samantha Powers says America needs to take in Iraqi refugees

Here is a clip of Samantha Powers admitting she wrote that if there is genocide in Iraq after the US leaves (which there will be) that the US should take in all the refugees from that conflict.  The 25,000 refugees taken in by Bush were mostly business types, informers and were screened pretty heavily.  Can you imagine taking in hundreds of thousands of Iraqis into this country because of some perceived liberal college, moral obligation?
Also, she seems to talk so quickly that you don't notice she doesn't answer any of the interviewers questions. 
Even though the BBC is ultra-left, why don't American reporters come up with some of these great questions?
