A piece of good news for once, according to this not only is the Rabbi of a shul moving to Israel he is attempting to bring an entire community of Americans on a mass Aliyah to a new community, if I wasnt already here this would be attractive to me http://www.nofei.co.il/news.htm

This would indeed be good news, G-d willing. I know several families who live in Beit Shemesh (which means "House of the Sun").
But kahaneloyalist, this would NOT be suitable for you, in my opinion. If you live around English-speaking olim (immigrants), you will have a hard time learning Hebrew. You kahaneloyalist should surround yourself with people who do NOT speak English, who only speak Hebrew. It is hard, but it's the best way to learn. It will FORCE you to learn and to focus on Hebrew studies.
Now living in all-Hebrew communities is not the best solution for everyone. But kahaneloyalist is young, very intelligent and has some basic knowledge of Hebrew, and so for him, it is the best, in my opinion.
