Firing ranges and learning how to use a gun
« on: March 26, 2008, 11:12:48 PM »
Who on this forum has been to one if so how did you do and what was your best shot? My best was firing a 30-06 Rifle 1000 yards and hitting the target right between the eyes the target was a picture of the prophet Muhammad.I posted it here because i don't know if anyone looks at the firearm section ;D ;D

Muhammad was not a prophet, just a false prophet.
Does it bother you that you have to face the dome and the rock to say the sh'ma?

I'd like to learn how to shoot but I haven't had time to take the classes for it.

A strongly suggest shooting at a Koran.  In general, its more fun to shoot at a book than a paper target, and its a bit more challenging.

Depending on the caliber, ammo etc sometimes a book will really fly apart. I saw the 'kill the koran' video and it blew up with the last M16 round. Must have toppled.
