The conservative party in britain has moved left to soften up for the public, so they aren't seen as old and stuffy. So they have a new leader that's like a young Tony Blair (they've have had him for a while)
David Cameron , the conservative party leader, famous for being soft on hoodies, saying they need more love, was some time ago honoured to meet one.
Hoodies are the name of a type of clothing, commonly worn by bad thug like teenagers, so that they aren't recognised.
They are also a term for the thug like hoody wearing teenagers themselves.
It's actually very hard to find a picture of one on google. I suppose because people are afraid of photographing them. But here, a picture of David Cameron, being treated by one, is a classic.
