Why? becouse both are members of EU "the new better Roman Empire" wait for Lisbon treaty to be ratified; you'll see more than verbal inteference. But previus Aznar goverment was not good only slightly less evil its' like calling Bush or Nataniahu "good".  ::)

It's just one of those games played by the Socialists in Spain.  In fact, the Spanish government is an official socialist party.
