I think it was.  Which is coincidentally.. the date of which the 'whitey' tape was recorded.

There is speculation.. that the whitey tape is actually from a farrakhan conference held in in May of 2004 on the United States foreign policy and the war in Iraq. It was called, “Guidance to America and the World in a Time of Trouble” and it was broadcast from Washington DC’s National Press Club.
