 Sorry guys, but if people are coming from a nother country,trying to take our (my) home land and killing my country men off due to being "black" is a decoration of war! >:(

Instantly upscaling them in the process! Hmm, that's thought provoking: has there been any instance of this in the USA in the last 50 years, a community going from slum to suburb, rather than the other way around? Is there even a way to make that happen?

It's called gentrification.  For some reason, people call that process racist.

Of course. White people daring to want to improve their environment - lower crime rate, safer schools, cleaner neighborhoods = racism.
