I didn't vote, and won't--I never do in my own polls, but personally I would go with involuntary psychiatric commitment. A second offense would mean permanent exile.

Now, if the women are actually helping their boyfriends plan terror attacks (a la Tali Fatima ys"vz), then there is no question that they should be executed.
