The Noahide Laws don't forbid pork for consumption. That it is impure and dirty doesn't mean that it is a sin for a Gentile, even if a Gentile eats rats or rotten meat, it's not a sin unless he damages his health. What is the Waffle House?

Waffle House is a chain of resteraunts in the South Eastern US that are charachterized by plates full of greasy, grill fried food, lots of variations of pork and it is served by women with big hair. And there is always a juke box that plays real country music.

Don't worry about it, a Gentile is Righteous if he keeps the Noahide Laws. Avoiding pork is just an option, if you don't want to eat impure food
