I was in the southern tip of Texas one time and I was told to keep an alarm in my car.
They said that people would steal a car and drive it right over the US-Mexico border where you'll never be able to find your car.

   I wish I still had the article, but I came across one where a black tried to rob a car from someone. He threw a woman out of her vehicle and used a knife to get her car keys as she was trying to get in to her car. The problem was that the black did not know how to drive the car because he didn't know how to drive stick. He tried to drive it anyway.

I don't think any nation should allow immigration. Tourism and trade, yes, but not immigration. When immigration happens large scale, it destroys or at least alters significantly the character of the host nation. I think if immigration is allowed then it should only be under very special circumstances, or when countries have very similar citizenry, and would still remain homogeneous racially and culturally.
