Because in Europe Islam already started expanding very fast bcoz muslims are having huge number of kids. This may harm the native Europeans. Also i feel Jews population needs to grow much faster otherwise the 16% muslims in Israel will start producing children like rabbits. In India, Hindus were aware and so Hindu population is growing steadily to counter muslim population in indian subcontinent. Europe should remain as a civilized socienty rather than becoming a hub of suicide bombers. Europe should learn a lot from Israel and should not compromise on security and integrity of europe.Please let me know your views  Smiley

But you're right, in fact the care of the people is taken over from the Church and the family, by the state.
