But your logic is too blatantly flawed..   His logic was good, and the wrong assumption at the beginning was funny. Your logic is just flawed.  And that's not funny. The probability of a randomly picked levi being bukharian is very low.  Increased by the proportion of leviim amongst bukharians, but still very very low.  And probably an almost equal chance of being ashkenazi as being Sefaradi, assuming similar proportions of leviim and kohanim.
But besides that.. It's too blatantly flawed to say Most A are B, and then say so there you go, 'a' is a B. It's just too blatantly not a proof. At least with that guy's thing people would have to think about it!

I request that the title of this thread be edited.   I am sick of seeing it ("Proof that moshe rabbeinu was a satmar") everytime I click on the forum!    Or at least insert "(joke)"  or how bout Proof that moshe rabbeinu was [not] a satmar
