Vito, I'm sorry to say this, but I'm not buying a word of this; if she really doesn't hate Jews, she wouldn't curse Israel like she did. Of course she is going to pull the "some of my best friends are Jews" canard that all anti-Semites do.

And she just goes to prove Chaim and I right when we point out that 97% of even Christian Arabs are Jew-haters.

Vito - Just get to know her. Don't place any great expectations on the relationship. You will figure out what kind of person she really is...if you just take it slow. You are a great guy. Intelligent, handsome and kind. Qualities that will make the right girl very happy. Don't knock yourself.

I won't go as far as saying she's a Nazi.. nor does she have any agenda. She is completely apolitical..
She said "I think Obama should win, he seems like a good guy"
I said "Are you joking? Barak Hussein Obama?"
She said "Are you serious, that's his middle name?!"

So I went on to explain how he's a Muslim.. she couldn't believe it, she said "I can't believe this.. how can Americans even think of voting for a Muslim?!".. then she told her sister "Obama is a f**king Muslim!" The sister was shocked and disgusted.
They obviously have a strong hatred for Muslims.
When I talk about Jews, she doesn't react like that at all.. more like they're just odd people with a different religion.

If you want my honest opinion, there are better females out there for you. I think that you want this to work out and are overlooking her negative qualities.

I think a person's first reactions are generally the most real and honest. Now that she knows how you feel about Israel, she is more likely to try to guard and moderate her words about Jews. Her wanting to visit Lebanon and Syria, but not that "hellhole" Israel, and asking immediately if you were Jewish when you brought it up, are big red flags.

Plus--the way she throws out profanity so cavalierly doesn't reflect well on her character. You can do better than this, Vito. Cut her loose.

Find yourself a nice Italian girl, instead of this Arab.

From your posts it's easy to tell you have reservations about this gal, but feel that you might want to 'settle' for her because you've had problems meeting gals before.

In your heart of hearts you'll know when you meet the right girl. Hopefully it'll happen soon for you.

Thanks Lisa. It's just that I've always had problems.. so there comes a breaking point where I feel like if I think I found the one, I should stick with her. But I haven't met enough to know that for sure.

Btw, I spoke to her tonight and literally just asked her if she hates Jews.. she said "NO! I just don't agree with them religiously, some of the nicest people I've ever met were Jewish". So it doesn't sound like she's anti-semitic..

Marriage can be sweet or difficult. Don't rush into it. If a woman loves God, Tanach or New Testament, then she has to love the Jewish people. A God fearing woman must love Israel because God loves Israel. So, in my opinion, be very, very careful. So far, it doesn't sound good.
