I have been trying to find photos linking the two together.

Without a direct link, its value as a political ad will not be high for the Republicans so they have no benefit it using it.

It is already (unknown to the people I am dealing with) a weak point for McCain given his role. There is more information on Biden's support of the Bosnian Muslims than for the Croatian regime. The residual propaganda in support of the Muslims makes a direct approach unlikely to work.

Photos of devestation are easy to find, photos of Tudjman and Biden are not.

I could look into his support of using Zagreb to arm the Muslims...

A Mr. Warner brought forth all the arguments about Bin Laden supporting the KLA in Congress but Biden responded by using the KLA's propaganda.

As hard as it may be to suppose such extreme stupidity, it is ignorance and misplaced idealism that is the cause for the massive strategic error that is US policy in the Balkans.
