Dear Reb Chaim,

Talking during in shul – especially during the tefillah and kriah of the Torah is strictly forbidden – so how come so many so-called “religious” people trample this Halacha?

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for not having uploaded the latest Ask Yesha, which was done last Monday, on schedule. This is only due to an uploading technical error on my server. I am hoping this problem will be resolved very shortly.
