I can think the worst of Obama on that comment, but honestly, i'm not sure...

I definately wouldn't say, "no" however...maybe he meant her...but then again not sure.

Oh yes he meant it, and like everything else he says this isn't just a slip of the tongue.  Look at all those that were there cheering they knew it exactly what he said.

What about McCain using this same expression to describe Hillary's health care plan three times?

During Obama's speech, he was only attacking McCain. He never mentioned Palin. Is it possible there was a misunderstanding or that McCain was using this to exploit Obama?

The thing is: These people are SUPPOSED to be intelligent enough to ascertain when something might be misconstrued. ::)
