About Lyon during ramadan well i don't know about this year but usually it's indeed particular. They may not eat durring the day but for sure they don't stop to provocate, steal or agress people. But the worst will for sure be the last day, as each year they'll burn cars, busses and everything they may get their paws on.
I don't know about Brussel but i stayed for a few months in Antwerpen and i feel sorry for Jews living there (even if the community is important and very friendly) as for sure thoses arabs are among the most hainous i've ever seen...

Great news about your Friend i'm sure everything can only be better there.
Well things changed since Dreyfus, but for sure not on the good way... Just add to the usual antisemits about 7 million muslims and about 2 million of jew haters afrocentrists...
