This is exactly what happened. The Community Reinvestment Act is what enabled Obama and Acorn to force this system into law. Acorn took this to court and won, under the tutilege of Barack Obama. Take from the rich give to the poor. The whole financial meltdown was covered up until it was so terrible, there was no more money, and the whole system failed. 4 trillion is alot of money for Fannie Mae.
This is exactly what Islam has done in all countries where they have taken control of governments. Thus Obama followed this system. check out Raila Odinga, and the government in Kenya. One of the JTFers mentioned this.
The idea is to weaken a government so badly, they have no way to fight back. This was explained to me by many Middle Eastern professors.
