Shaloom Chaim I have a health question for you but first please say YmachShmo to That slimey Bolshevik PBS journalist Bill Moyers.   >:(>:(A few weeks ago Moyers used the recent church shooting in Knoxvile TN by David Adkisson to advocate laws restricting free speech and attacking conservative talk radio. They only claimed that conservative views had to do with the shooting because he happened to own books by Mike Savage Sean Hannity and Bill Oreily. Using this, liberals could criminalize dissent against the government as hate speecha and establish fascism. :-X How ironic that they accuse conservatives of being fascists as well. Moyers' program is on PBS and is forcibly funded by tax payers the vast majority of whom find Moyers evil views abhorrant.

Anyway I was wondering what you think of white rice, and pasta vs brown rice and pasta. I enjoy eating foods involving white rice but I heard it was not healthy yet in Asia they eat it all the time and are healthier then Americans what do you think?

Here is a mock interview for when you run for prime minister ( Just for fun):

what national security and foreign policy experience do you possess?

What makes you think you can become  prime minister without any executive experiences?

Do you plan on making the torah the constition of Israel?   ( I wonder how you going to answer this question without losing support)?

If Obama is still president of the USA when you become prime minister, How will this affect israel/ US relations? and will you speak to OBama?

Dear Chaim,

Do you think it is wise for Sarah Palin to be on Saturday Night Live?  What do you think is the motive of the Saturaday Night Live producers in having her on the show so close to election?

God Bless America, Israel, and the West

Shalom Chaim,

Is there any sense going out and voting Republican on Nov 4th, if you are in New York?

Thank you

My Very First Question For Chaim
« Reply #30 on: October 19, 2008, 08:02:21 AM »
Hello Chaim,

As someone who was raised in a depressingly liberal home, I now find myself hungering for fearless, authentic Judaism. Recently, I ran across some videos by Rabbi Mordechai Friedman. Not surprisingly, they were selectively edited to make him look irrational and hateful, but even then I found him compelling.

Anyway, I found his website and noticed he sells his programs, but they're a tad pricey. What I'm wondering is: what are your opinions of his teachings? I'm only concerned with his merits as a rabbi, but of course anything else you're willing to add will be appreciated.

Thank you for all you do; you have no idea how refreshing your words are to those of us who grew up on "the wrong side of the tracks," if you know what I mean.

P.S. I'd also be grateful for any other tapes you might recommend, and I'd be especially interested in acquiring any lectures or speeches by Rav Kahane (HY"D), which seem to be impossible to find.

P.S.S. Sorry if this post breaks the one question rule.

Hello Chaim, do self-hating Jews in Israel support muslim/arab candidates like self-hating whites in America support blacks like Obama? I'm curious as to whether the leftist parties in Israel support affirmative action and preferential candidacies for Arabs.

Also, please comment on Colin Powell's recent endorsement of Obama. It truly seems blacks are a monolithic voting block for anything that is evil.
The city isn't what it used to be. It all happened so fast. Everything went to crap. It's like... everyone's sense of morals just disappeared. Bad economy made things worse. Jobs started drying up, then the stores had to shut down. Then a black man was elected president. He was supposed to change things. He didn't. More and more people turned to crime and violence... The town becomes gripped with fear. Dark times, dark times... I am the hero this town needs. I am... The Coon!!!

This past Friday on 20/20, John Stossel had Walter Williams on who stated how the bailout plan by the government is actually a disservice to our economy and how businesses failing and going out of business has historically been a necessary factor to move towards economic progress. I think that Williams hit the nail on the head on this one. I think that this bailout is essentially operating as a mechanism of financial socialism, and what's most ironic is that it was mostly the republicans who seemed to be in favor of the bailout. I think the bailout also enables and rewards bad behavior by the banks. I personally think that the government should have let Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, AIG, and all the other big banks go down and let other banks start over again. It would have been a hard blow, but would have been better for the banks and the economy in the long run. This was also a point that Williams stated. Do you essentially agree with what I'm saying here?

Daniel
