The West is conducting old communist programms

The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in Exile is honored to welcome diplomatic-consular representatives of the Republic of Serbia (in accordance with the Note No. 307/06 dated 6. 9. 2006 regarding neocolonialism) and to remind them that the politic of the members of the NATO pact and European Union is neocolonial. To achieve the accomplishment of this (colonial) policy they, the NATO and EU, use the remains of communism and fascism.

The government of the RSK is not being wrong - the Western countries are using communist discrimination towards certain nations. These communist programs were also committed by Italy and Germany – during WW2.
The government of the RSK will remind the diplomatic-consular representatives of the Republic of Serbia about one of these programs:
1)   Kosovo&Metohija – The Italian and German authorities, from 1941 until 1945, had expelled a certain amount of the Serbian population and populated these areas with Albanians from Albania. After 1945 the communist regime of Yugoslavia had forbidden to these exiled Serbs to return to their homes. The president of Yugoslavia Tito (a communist and Croat) had, through a secret agreement with the Albanian communist president (Enver Hodz), transferred hundred of thousands, from Albania, Albanians to Kosovo&Metohija – during the period of 1945 until 1980. During this same period the communist regime, through being passive and silent, had helped the members of the Albanian national minority to continue the expelling of the Serbs. This is how the majority of the Albanians on Kosovo&Metohija was constructed. One third of this Albanian majority was never registered as official citizens in the Serbian or Yugoslavian institutions. This decennia long communist and fascist terror against the Serbs of Kosovo&Metohija is today supported by the USA and the Western European countries – the main representatives of democracy.
2)   The Republic of Serbian Krajina (whose territories had political and self governing - state building -  rights in Ugaria since the year of 1473 and in Austria since the year of 1630) was, with pressure from Hitler’s Germany, annexed to Croatia in the year 1939. This annexation of Krajina to Croatia was continued by the communists after 1945. Based on the demand of the Serbian representatives of Krajina in 1945, Croatia was constitutionally organized into Yugoslavia as a bi-national state – just like Belgium is for example. Croatia’s community had violated the equality of the Serbs and the Croats in 1990 – when it had converted the
Serbs into a national minority and started to expel them. Croatia expelled 80% of its Serbian Orthodox population during the period of 1990 until 1995. This was strongly supported by the USA, EU and the Vatican. In Europe it is not allowed to write in news papers about the mass return of the exiled Serbs. It is especially not allowed  in the Republic of Serbia.   
3)   The communist leader of the USSR Joseph Stalin did not respect the ethnic and historical rights of the peoples of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, so he annexed these regions to Georgia – he was self also Georgian. Today the USA and the EU nations demand that these communist and undemocratic actions against South Ossetia and Abkhazia must be accomplished and that South Ossetia and Abkhazia (in communist style) should be annex to Georgia – which had placed the two nations on the brink of national survival.

The government of the RSK recommends to the diplomatic-consular representatives of the countries who have experienced the bitters of the European and American colonial politic (which was unconditionally supported by the Vatican) to beg their institutions/ governments to raise up the question in regard to this kind of violation of the Serbian, Ossetian and Abkhazian rights to: Kosovo&Metohija, Republic of Serbian Krajina, South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in Exile takes once again the opportunity of repeating the expression of its high regard for the Diplomatic and Consular Representatives in the Republic of Serbia.

Запад - спроводи програм комуниста

РЕПУБЛИКА СРПСКА КРАЈИНА - ВЛАДА У ПРОГОНСТВУ

Влада Републике Српске Крајине у прогонству има част да поздрави дипломатско-конзуларна представништва у Републици Србији и да их (сходно ноти бр. 307/06 од 6. 9. 2006 – о неоколонијализму)  подсети да је политика чланица НАТО-а и ЕУ неоколонијална, при чему оне користе и комунистичко, па и фашистичко, наслеђе. 
Влада РС Крајине се не вара - државе Запада спроводе, према неким народима комунистичку дискриминацију. Чине то и израженије од комуниста. Те комунистичке програме су спроводиле и Италија, и Немачка - у Другом светском рату.
Влада РС Крајине ће подсетити ДКП на неке од тих програма:
1) Косово и Метохија – италијански и немачки војници су, од 1941. до 1945, прогнали део српског становништва и у њихове домове доселили Шиптаре из Албаније. После 1945, комунистички режим у Југославији је забранио тим прогнаним Србима да се врате у своје куће. Председник Југославије, Јосип Броз Тито – комуниста и Хрват, уз тајни договор с албанским комунистичким председником Енвером Хоџом, је преселио из Албаније стотине хиљада Шиптара од 1945. до 1980. године. У исто време, комунистички режим је прећутно помагао припадницима шиптарске националне мањине да наставе да прогоне Србе. Тако је успостављена шиптарска већина на Косову и Метохији, мада трећина те већине никад није (по прописима) примљена у држављанство Србије и Југославије. Овако дуг деценијски терор фашиста и комуниста над Србима Косова и Метохије, данас подржавају САД и западноевропске државе – наводне заступнице демократије.
2) Република Српска Крајина, која је с државотворношћу у Угарској од 1473. и Аустрији од 1630, на притисак Хитлерове Немачке, укључена је у Хрватску 1939 - то укљчење су комунисти продужили 1945. године. На захтев српских представника у Крајини 1945, уставно је Хрватска у Југославији устројена као двонационална - попут Белгије. Хрватска заједница је ту равноправност Срба и Хрвата поништила 1990, Србе прогласила националном мањином и почела с њиховим прогоном. Хрватска је о 1990. до 1995. прогнала 80% православних Срба и у томе су је, најенергичније, подржале САД, чланице ЕУ и Ватикан. О враћању прогнаног српског становништва, данас се у Европи не сме писати ни у новинама. Поготово, не сме се писати у Србији.
3) Комунистички вођа СССР-а Јосиф Висарионович Стаљин није поштовао етничка и историјска права народа Јужне Осетије и Абхазије, па је ове две области поклонио Грузији, јер је и сам био Грузијац. Данас, САД и чланице ЕУ захтевају да се ова комунистичка и недемокраска мера према Осетима и Абхазијцима одржи и да се ове државе укључе у Грузију – која их је била довела на ивицу националног нестанка.
Влада РС Крајине препоручује ДКП земаља које су имале горка искуства с европско-америчком колонијалном политиком (уз делотворну подршку Ватикана) да замоле своје владе да оне покрену питање о овако опасном кршењу српских, осетских и абхазијски права на: КиМ, Републици Српској Крајини, Абхазији и Јужној Осетији.
 Влада Републике Српске Крајине у прогонству користи и ову прилику да дипломатско-конзуларним представништвима у Републици Србији понови изразе свог високог поштовања.
