Manning has good points from a Christian point of view.

I have never understood, why Farakhan, a Muslim, uses the word Messiah related to Obama.

The quran uses this term only as an attribute of Jesus, but not in the meaning of the Bible.

It appears rather as an empty title.

However - Obama is no good choice, because he hates obviously the law, given at mount Sinai. He wants to get rid of it and of god.

And he wants to replace it with something other.

Imo the core is the law.

Christians believe, that they will be enabled through the sacrifice of Jesus to keep the moral part of the law.

Jews, are special and have the promise of God, that if they will keep the law entirely, that they will be justifid in his eyes.

But all things are turning around the law.

If the law is abolished, like Obama wants, we will sink back in the time as Abraham moved away from Chaldea.

The whole world is sinking into darkness, if Obama will be reach the heart of the masses.

Mahdi and Messias are two separated things in the Quran. But I think Shia Muslims and Sunni Muslims have about lots of things a different oppinion inclusive this issue.
