Can someone tell me or point to a video to explain

1) Why and what circumstances Chaim Ben Pesach is successfully extradited from Israel ?
2) Where is the list of the many organizations that are sanely right as Kahane's Kach and why don't they join. Example: Moshe Feiglin and Chaim Ben Pesach to work together ?
