I ran a "whois" command and got all his info.
Of course, his address can be fake.
But his email has to be real. This is because the registrars use
email to authenticate owners of domains.
However, many registrars no longer rely on email, but on a login.
Knowing how primitive NETWORK SOLUTIONS is, they may still use this system of authentication.
I've used Network Solutions in the past and they stink. I
had to fax my driver's license, SS card, work ID multiple times
to make one adjustment to my account. They always tell me they don't have my fax.
That's why they got brought out by verisign.
