Bill Ackman opined that Adams has the best chances and also that after meeting both Cuomo and Adams, the former looked already defeated while the latter looks highly energetic and motivated like he's ready for a tough campaign.

Anyways one of them must retire otherwise the terrorist might win the office by minority vote.
