JTF's "buddy list" application =Already Answered, thank you!

This may be a stupid question, but I can not figure it out!!!   PLEASE HELP!

What happens when you add someone on the JTF forum to your Buddy List, and how do you access this Buddy List?

Current Status:      Online Online    [Add To Buddy List]

I clicked the link, and although couldn't get to it directly from the link (as it was protected as your individual buddy list saying ERROR "You are not allowed to access this section",

it did take me to "USER CP"
where I found "BUDDIES."
