I don't think she will become the next Prime Minister. With 99% of the votes counted Kadima leads Likud with only one seat (28 to 27).
They still need to count the military votes. Military members usually vote for the right wing parties. There is even a possibility of Likud having a tie with Kadima after the IDF votes are counted.
Nevertheless it is a huge disappointment that Kadima advanced this far after giving so many concessions to Arabs, failure to defeat hizbollah and promising to divide Israel and Jerusalem. I hope Bibi excludes Livini from his cabinet.
