Police are bracing themselves for a "summer of rage" as they fear that middle-class people affected by the recession may turn to violent protests.

Senior officers are concerned that victims of the economic downturn who have lost their jobs, homes or savings, will take to the streets to riot.

Britain's most senior policeman in charge of maintaining public order said middle-class people, who would previously never have considered publicly protesting, may now resort to joining demonstrations.

Banks bailed out with public money, which continue to pay large bonuses, and the headquarters or financial institutions blamed for the financial crisis have become "viable targets", the Metropolitan police warned.

The head of the force's public order branch, Superintendent David Hartshorn, told the Guardian newspaper that since the credit crunch, activists have become more "intent on coming on to the streets to create public disorder".

He said he fears that known activists will use the anger over the economic crisis to stir up unrest.

Supt Hartshorn said: "Those people would be good at motivating people, but they haven't had the foot soldiers to actually carry out protests.

"Obviously the downturn in the economy, unemployment, repossessions, changes that. Suddenly there is the opportunity for people to mass protest."

He added that intelligence gathered from activists' websites suggested that Britain is facing a "summer of rage" with April's G20 summit being billed as a potential flash point.

The warning comes following several protests in the UK, including the wildcat strikes at a Total refinery in Lincolnshire over the employment of foreign

Will we have to look at Islamic Rage boys ugly face again?

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

Is that what they are calling Muslims now?  'middle class protesters'  I guess other Britons are upper class or something.  I don't know, maybe I'm being too quick to judge.
Me: Muslims get offended too easily.
Muslim: What!?  That is an outrage!  Take that back or I kill you!

Seems like wishfull thinking.  The left would love a so called working class revolution of anarchists and Muslims so they can burn and kill their way to complete control.

If people are angry, they have a good reason.

Not the Islamists of course, they do not have the right to human emotions nor oxygen.

The victors in such situations are those who remain as the eye of the storm, as I hope Britain's nationalists will.

The Left usual MO is to create problems which only they can solve... Well they have created the problems, but they do not have the solutions anymore, and nor does the UK Conservative Party:

Quote
The British people know that the Tories have no recovery plan for this country and that that party and Labour are essentially the same, a leading Tory columnist has warned.

Discussing the economic meltdown and rise in popularity of a reproduction wartime poster featuring the slogan “Keep Calm and Carry On,” Telegraph writer Simon Heffer says that “the Conservative Party, which presents itself as the government-in-waiting, hasn’t the slightest clue what to do about this grave national predicament.

“And the public know that, too. The poster that, 70 years after its intended use, has become a cult reflects the public’s sense that democracy again is failing,” writes Mr Heffer.

He goes on to say that people sense that “Changing the government may change nothing at all. What that poster effectively says is: the politicians have failed, now we are on our own.”

“‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ starts as a particularly British joke,” he writes. “It then becomes deadly serious. And if nothing improves (and who, given the alternatives before us, would be so brave as to say it will, even in the medium term?) at some stage people will realise that they cannot keep calm and carry on long enough to come out intact on the other side of the crisis.

“Perhaps two governments will fail to solve the problem. And then what?”

Mr Heffer warns that it is not impossible for there to be serious unrest once the full extent of the economic collapse becomes apparent.

He then goes on to link the election of a British National Party councillor in Sevenoaks last week as the first indication that the public has had enough of the Tweedledee Tweedledum Labour-Tory party.

“The election of a councillor from the British National Party in leafy Sevenoaks last week was a cloud somewhat bigger than a man’s hand,” Mr Heffer writes.

“The responsibility resting not on the failed Government, but on the yet-to-fail Opposition, is immense.

“The Tories’ complete lack of a recovery policy, which is now merely an annoyance, will become virulent in an election campaign.”

“If the Tories are elected, and fail, we shall be off the map. And we must dread that, then, the time to keep calm will have passed, and something far darker will lie ahead.”

The only sense in which it would be “far darker” would be that it will signal the end of the traitorous elite which has led this country to ruin for so many decades.
